These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Orvine's website, products, and services. Please read them carefully before using our platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

  • By accessing or using any Orvine website, product, or service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
  • These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients of Orvine, including those who access our products — Invoices and Jobs — through any plan or subscription.

2. Description of Services

  • Orvine provides software products and professional services to individuals and businesses. Our current products include:
  • Invoices — a business-facing product for billing, inventory management, and financial reporting.
  • Jobs — a consumer-facing platform for job seekers to discover opportunities, build profiles, and apply for roles. Jobs uses AI-powered matching to surface relevant listings based on skills, experience, and preferences.
  • We also offer professional services including design, custom software development, integrations, and consulting.
  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service or feature at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.
  • Certain features may require a paid subscription or account. Tiers, pricing, and inclusions are detailed on the relevant product page.

3. AI-Powered Features

  • Some of our products and services incorporate artificial intelligence and machine learning features, including but not limited to job matching, resume analysis, smart recommendations, and automated insights.
  • AI-generated outputs are provided for informational and assistive purposes only. They do not constitute professional advice (legal, financial, career, or otherwise) and should not be solely relied upon for important decisions.
  • We continuously improve our AI systems. Model outputs may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or inconsistent. We are not liable for decisions made based solely on AI-generated content.
  • You must not attempt to manipulate, reverse-engineer, or abuse our AI features, including submitting inputs designed to generate harmful, misleading, or unauthorised outputs.
  • Where AI processes your personal data, it does so in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

4. Accounts & Registration

  • To use our products, you must register an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at security@orvine.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

5. Acceptable Use

  • You may not use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations.
  • You may not attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any Orvine system, reverse engineer our software, or circumvent any access controls.
  • You may not upload, transmit, or distribute malicious code, spam, or any content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these policies without prior notice.

6. Payment & Billing

  • Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on the plan selected.
  • All payments are processed securely through our payment providers. We do not store your full card details.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time from your account settings.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact billing@orvine.com for refund requests.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content, software, trademarks, and materials on our platform are owned by or licensed to Orvine and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
  • You retain ownership of data and content you upload to our platform. By using our services, you grant Orvine a limited licence to store, process, and display your data solely to provide the services.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on our platform or content without explicit written permission.

8. Third-Party Services

  • Our products may integrate with or link to third-party services. These are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
  • Orvine is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orvine shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
  • Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or the services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Orvine in the 3 months preceding the claim.
  • Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence.

10. Indemnification

  • You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Orvine, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your data, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

  • Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. You may close your account from the account settings page.
  • On termination, your access to the services will cease. We will retain your data for 30 days before deletion, unless you request earlier removal.

12. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Muzaffarnagar, Uttar Pradesh, India.

13. Changes to These Terms

  • We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes have been posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
  • For material changes, we will notify you by email or via an in-app notice at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
